Shipping & returns

How your order gets to you.

Shipping

Every order ships from Nebraska to addresses in the United States. Shipping is priced by the weight of your order, starting at $5.75, and it’s free when your order is over $75. Your cart shows the shipping for your order before you check out.

Stock

The stock you see on the site is live. If a toy says it’s in stock, it’s ready to pack. Need more than we have? Ask about a bulk or custom order.

Your bird’s card

At checkout you can add your bird’s name and their hatch day or gotcha day. We use it for the handwritten card in your order.

Safety

Always supervise your bird with a new toy, and replace toys once they’re worn or chewed down.
